Ingredients

  • 1 silver candle
  • 1 gold candle
  • Journal
  • Pen
  • Matches or Lighter

Directions

  1. To go into this spell with a calm and clear head, take a few breaths.
  2. Light the silver candle. This represents the Moon. Take a moment to have the moon’s energy open up the intuition inside you.
  3. Light the gold candle. This represents the Sun. Feel the warmth of the Sun enter your body.
  4. Call upon any other spirit guides to help you and say, “I am ready to receive your power and guidance.”
  5. When ready, take out your journal or Book of Magic and write out your intentions, as well as other insights you gather through this ritual.
  6. To close out the ritual, blow out the candles.
